A full 3D product rendering study based on a vintage Cosina film camera.
I created the entire asset from scratch, starting from photographic references: modeling, UVs, texturing, shading, lighting, rendering and final post-production. The goal was to revisit the object with a more mature product-rendering approach, focusing on black material response, lens reflections, macro details and a cinematic but realistic presentation.
I wanted the camera to feel like a real photographic object, not just a technical model: worn metal, subtle roughness variation, engraved markings, glass reflections and controlled lighting were all important parts of the final look.
Created in Blender and textured in Substance 3D Painter.
